Am I happy -2

            As Reema unlocked her mobile she blinked with surprise.  There was notification of Facebook showing friend requests.  That was her best friend Sudha.  Reema was just looking at her picture and recalled 15 years back.  Reema and Sudha were best friends.  In fact, there was a group of four of them.  Reema and Sudha were more closed to each other.  They shared everything with each other.  When Rakesh proposed Reema, she first told it to Sudha.  When Reema took the decision of marring with Rakesh she told it  Sudha first.  Sudha insisted her to complete the graduation before marriage.  She even told Reema to come for exams.  She was promised her to help her in studies.  Ready to provide her all notes.  But Reema was so engrossed in Rakesh's love that she was not in a mood to listen to anything.

            Reema accepted the friend request.  She read more about Sudha as there was no contact with her since Reema came to Hyderabad.  "15 years such a long time," Reema thought. " You became a writer, Great, Oh! Your books also published, Wow yar, Reema was talking to herself as she was reading about Sudha.  She somehow removed Sudha's phone number, now she could not stop herself from talking to her best friend.  She dialed the number with excitement

" Hello, the voice said, same that was fifteen years back. 

Hi, this is Reema.

Oh, my God, Reemu , How are you? How is Rakesh?  How everything is going on? any kids? said Sudha

Wait, Wait. let me speak.

"I am fine, everything going well, how are you?"

You became a writer. 

Great yar.

"I can not tell you Reema, how happy I am hearing you after a long time".

"So madam beautiful, What's going on" Sudha asked. 

"Come on Sudhi, What beautiful, I am 35 now. A mother of two young daughters". Said Reema

And life is ok.

What happened Reemu? Is everything fine?  Sudha asked.

yes, yes it is fine.

"Life is full of happiness".

Such a huge and beautiful house, handsome, intelligent, and loving husband, lovely kids.

What else one requires in life?  Said Reema in breaking voice.

Are you really happy with all this?  Sudha added.

Yes..... of course... I mean..... yeas.....I... I... Don't know.

Reema disconnected the call.

Tears started rolling from her cheeks........
